Our products are crafted from premium brass materials — including C36000, C38500, C17300, C54400 (BZ4), C19160 (C97), C18700 (C99), C14500, and C35300 — ensuring excellent conductivity, durability, and long-term performance.
With advanced Swiss-type CNC and CAM lathes, we achieve diameters as small as 0.5 mm with tolerances down to ±0.005 mm, supporting both small-batch prototypes and large-scale production runs. We also offer complete secondary processes such as bending, heat treatment, passivation, and gold, tin, or nickel plating to meet specific industry requirements.
All components are produced under our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system and can be supplied with DFARS-compliant materials and detailed inspection reports, meeting the most demanding international standards.
